ATV/Quad Rental Tour Agreement

This Agreement is made between OffroadVarmland and the Renter(s).

1. Driving at Own Risk

By booking this tour, the Renter acknowledges that driving an ATV/Quad is inherently risky and agrees to undertake this activity at their own risk. The Company is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages (neither to other vehicles) that may occur during the rental period.

2. Damage to Vehicles

The Renter(s) agrees to take full responsibility for any damage to the ATV/Quad during the rental period. In the event of damage, the Renter(s) may be charged up to 20,000 SEK for repairs or replacement costs per vehicle. An inspection of the vehicle will be conducted before and after the rental period to assess any potential damage.

3. Driving Licence Requirement

The Renter(s) must possess a valid driving licence to rent and operate the ATV/Quad. By booking this tour, the Renter(s) confirm they hold a valid driving licence and will carry it with them during the rental period.

4. Refund Policy

The Company operates a no-refund policy. Refunds will only be considered in the case of extreme weather conditions that make it unsafe or impossible to conduct the tour. The decision to issue a refund due to weather conditions is at the sole discretion of the Company.
